A series of private lessons for couples and birth partners in the privacy of your own home or at the clinic. Length and content of lessons are tailored to individual needs, incorporating breathing exercises, positioning, pain management and simple massage and acupressure techniques for partners to support mothers through each stage of labour with confidence and ease. Private lessons are £40/hr.
Group Birth Preparation Workshops also take place regularly at the Special Yoga Centre and serve as an ongoing forum for couples to practice and learn new techniques to add to their repertoire in preparation for labour. The next session takes place on Friday 29th January from 7:30-9:30pm. To enroll, please contact the Special Yoga Centre directly on 0208 928 1900.
A series of five lessons in the privacy of your own home or at the clinic. Lessons can be taught on a one-to-one basis for £30/lesson, or for private groups of two or more for £15/lesson per baby. Lessons generally last 60-90 minutes each, once a week, and can be scheduled at your convenience. Mothers often form groups with friends or Birth Preparation/NCT classmates as a wonderful way to develop a sustained and intimate support network.
Group classes also take place regularly at the clinic, so please enquire directly if you wish to join the next group or form your own. Classes at the clinic are £14/lesson per baby. Full payment of £70 for the 5 week course is due at the first lesson.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give notice 24 hours before the time of your appointment, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the treatment or lesson you were scheduled to receive. This policy includes deducting free treatments in the Loyalty Program, and Birth Preparation, Baby Massage, Therapeutic Yoga sessions and Yoga classes.
